Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/4 cups unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups regular rolled oatmeal, uncooked
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in a medium bowl. Stir well.

In a large bowl cream the butter and sugars together.

Add the egg and vanilla. Mix well.

Add the flour mixture and stir until just combined.

Add the oats, cranberries and white chocolate chips. Stir until just combined.

Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake 9-11 minutes until golden brown.
