At Foxfield Inn, our goal is to provide luxurious accommodations in a warm, relaxing environment. Please review the following policies.

Reservations well in advance are highly recommended. Reservations may be made online or by calling us at +1 (434) 923-8892.
We serve a plated gourmet breakfast starting with freshly brewed coffee or tea, fruit, a homemade baked good followed by a sweet or savory entree (with or without meat).
Our breakfast hours are 8:30 am – 9:30 am during the week and 9:00 am – 10:00 am on weekends and holidays.
Our room rates are based on the day of the week and the season. There is a $50 surcharge per night for an additional person in the room. Rates do not include state and local taxes (13.3%).
A deposit of 50% or one-night stay (whichever is greater) is required at time of booking.
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover), and personal checks. Final payment is due at check-out.
Cancellations must be made via email or telephone at least 14 days prior to arrival. Deposits are refundable less a $25 processing fee (plus tax) for cancellations made before the 14-day period. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to arrival, then you are responsible for the entire stay (unless we can rebook the room), and your credit card will be charged with the remaining balance. If we do rebook the room, then your deposit will be refunded for the nights we could rebook minus a $25 processing fee (plus tax).
If groups book three rooms or more, then the cancellation period is adjusted to 6 weeks prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs more than 6 weeks prior to arrival, then the deposit will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee per room (plus tax). If cancellation occurs less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, then the group will be responsible for the amount of the entire stay. The credit card(s) on file will be charged with the remaining balance if the rooms are not rebooked. Should we be able to rebook one or more nights/rooms, then the deposit for those nights/rooms will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee per room (plus tax).
Smoking is not permitted inside the inn. If you need an ashtray while you smoke outside, please let us know as we will gladly provide one for you.
We only accept children over the age of 14 years.
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets even though we are animal lovers.
