It’s that time of summer when we celebrate Restaurant Week here in Charlottesville. The event starts on Friday July 12th and continues until Saturday July 20th. This year there are 38 restaurants participating in the 9 day dining extravaganza. You can see all of the restaurants and their menus by clicking on the link above. Several of our favorite ones have great menus for the week but there are a few that we haven’t been to yet that look very interesting. Prices are either $29 or $39. Some of the restaurants also offer their regular menu but please tell them you want the Restaurant Week menu.
Old favorites are Public Fish & Oyster, Downtown Grill, Brasserie Saisson and C&O Restaurant. Ones that we are interested in trying are Tavern & Grocery, Mangione’s on Main, Bizou and Tilman’s. Make your reservations soon as they are filling up.
