My goal was to write about a new cookie recipe every month. Just discovered that I forgot to do the one in March so today (April 1st) we are offering you two instead of one.
I love Blondies as many of you know – they are easy to make, sinfully delicious and the aroma of them baking is out of this world. I have shared that recipe with you before but if you haven’t seen it you can check it out HERE.
I love crunch! Blondies do not crunch. That is probably the only thing that is missing for a complete taste sensation. So to resolve that issue we developed a Blondie Cookie. A crunchy cookie that has the flavor and decadence of a Blondie. See below for the link to the recipe. We hope you like them!
The other cookie that was worked on in March was a Smoky Corn Cookie. I love the treats that Christina Tosi develops for Momofuko Milk Bar. Her Corn Cookies are full of corn flavor, crispy on the outside and tender in the middle. We started with her recipe and changed it up to provide a bit more depth of flavor to enhance the corn. After several tries we came up with our Smoky Corn Cookie. See below for the link to the recipe. We hope you like them!
