WELCOME – We Are Open!
COVID-19 Update:
Foxfield Inn is a small Bed & Breakfast with only five guest rooms. On our 3 acre property we provide ample space for social distancing in a tranquil environment.
Restaurants and wineries/breweries are open and welcome their guests with socially distanced seating (masks required). Come and check out Charlottesville’s many options for delicious food and delectable wines/beers.
Enjoy a hike in Shenandoah National Park or Skyline Drive’s breathtaking views which are especially beautiful once spring starts to coat nature with its vibrant colors. Monticello invites visitors for a unique, socially distanced tour through the country’s early history. Montpelier, President James Madison’s former home, too, has opened its grounds for the public to enjoy the history and the outdoors.
The inn operates at its full capacity, i.e. with a maximum of 10 guests at a time. Breakfast will be served in the common area with socially distanced seating.
Please rest assured that providing a safe and healthy environment is (and always has been) of utmost importance to us and our cleaning protocols follow the advice of health experts. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Frequent cleaning of public spaces
- Request to wear masks in the common areas (guests and staff alike)
- Handsanitizers are provided in each room as well as in common areas
- Installation of an additional UV lamp in the HVAC system of our guest rooms to disinfect additional areas inside the HVAC system such as the blower fan.
Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any questions.
I look forward to welcoming you soon! Until then, please stay safe!
Brigitte (Owner/Innkeeper)
