Our goal is to provide a warm, relaxing environment for you to enjoy. We want your stay at Foxfield Inn to be as pleasant as possible. Please review the following policies. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Reservations: Reservations well in advance are highly recommended. There is a two night minimum stay if the reservation includes Saturday night. Reservations may be made online or by calling us at 1-866-FOX-FLDN (1-866-369-3536).
Rates: Our room rates are based on single and double occupancy and depend on the season. The rates range from $175 – 280 per night depending on the season and day of the week. There is a $25 charge per night for an additional person in the room. A maximum of three people are allowed in each room. Rates do not include state and local taxes (10%).
Payment: We accept personal checks, credit cards (MasterCard and Visa), traveler’s checks and cash. A full deposit for one night or 50% of entire period for more days is required when you make the reservation. Final payment is due at check-out.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the inn. If you need an ashtray while you smoke outside please let us know as we will gladly provide one for you.
Children: We accept children over the age of 14 years.
Pets: We do not accept pets even though we are animal lovers. We will gladly recommend a nearby kennel for your pet’s stay.
Cancellations: We are making a commitment to you to have your room available for your reservation. We are a small luxury inn with guests that usually reserve well in advance. If you find that you cannot make your commitment to us we will gladly fully refund your deposit minus a $20 administration fee if you notify us at least 10 days before your planned stay. If the notification is within 10 days we will try to rebook the room. If we are successful we will gladly return your entire deposit in the form of a gift certificate for you to use for a future stay. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours before the reservation date you are responsible for the entire reservation unless we can rebook the room. If we rebook the room your deposit will be returned in to form of a gift certificate.
